The spirit of giving back to our community has long been a tradition at USC—and so it is with USC Athletics. Amazingly, our student-athletes are on track to complete 5,000 hours of community service this year alone... a huge achievement considering what little time they have outside of their studies and competition. From hosting a “Sports and STEM” workshop, Family Health Festival and Community Bowl to a Thanksgiving meal and Christmas gift giveaways, our Trojan athletes have ignited a true spirit of service in the department. SPRING PRACTICE & SWIM WITH MIKE THIS WEEKEND! Head on down to campus this weekend for an exciting day of USC Football and the 38th annual Swim with Mike! Saturday’s football practice will have a scrimmage emphasis and begins at 10 a.m. Practice will be held on Howard Jones/Brian Kennedy Field. Swim With Mike will be held next door at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center. Join in the fun of swim relays, a dive show, biggest splash contest, and everyone’s favorite Song Girls and Football players inner tube relay! Swim With Mike has raised scholarship funds for physically challenged athletes for the last 38 years. Any size donation counts to support college scholarships for students with disabilities across the country. This year, 2017-2018, we have 54 recipients attending 38 different universities. For more information click here. TAF MEMBERSHIP DEADLINES A big thank you to all TAF members who have renewed your membership and season tickets! Please note the May 1 deadline to be at least 50% paid on your membership in order to receive your gameday parking pass this season. If you have any questions, or if you still need to renew your membership and season tickets, please call 213 740 4155. We cannot guarantee you will keep your same seat location and parking pass if you do renew by the deadline. STUDENT-ATHLETE GRADUATION The most important day of the year is quickly approaching – please join us in celebration of our graduating senior student-athletes for a special ceremony at the Galen Center on Thursday, May 10 at 2pm.
